Privacy Policy

Adly Media, Inc. (“Adly”, “we”, “us”) operates the marketplace at adly.media. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the service, how we use it, and the choices you have. We’re an early-stage company and we keep this short on purpose — if anything is unclear, email hello@adly.media and we’ll answer directly.
What we collect
When you create an account or use Adly we collect the information you give us and a small amount that’s generated automatically:
- Account info: email, password (hashed), and the name and role you set during onboarding (advertiser or media owner).
- Profile info: company name, optional intended-objectives notes, and any contact details you add.
- Listing & campaign data: details about the inventory media owners list and the campaigns advertisers create or book.
- Payment info: when you pay for a booking, card details are collected and stored by Stripe — Adly never sees or stores your full card number.
- Usage data: pages visited, actions taken, and basic device/browser metadata, used to debug issues and improve the product.
Why we use it
- Run the marketplace — letting you sign in, list inventory, search and book placements.
- Process payments and payouts via Stripe.
- Send transactional email (booking confirmations, account messages) via Resend.
- Improve features and fix bugs.
- Comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud or abuse.
Who we share it with
We share data only with the third-party services we rely on to run the product. Each one only sees the data it needs to do its job:
- Supabase — database and authentication.
- Vercel — application hosting and serverless infrastructure.
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Resend — transactional email.
- Mapbox — map rendering and geocoding (uses the listing addresses you submit).
- Anthropic — when you use AI search or AI creative features, your query and the relevant context are sent to Anthropic to generate a response.
- Google and Microsoft — only when you choose to sign in via OAuth, in which case we exchange the standard OAuth tokens.
We don’t sell your personal information. We’ll only share your data with anyone else if we’re legally required to (e.g. a valid court order) or if you explicitly ask us to.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and listing data while your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we’ll delete or anonymize the data within 30 days, except where we’re legally required to retain it (e.g. transaction records for tax purposes, which we may retain up to 7 years).
Your choices
You can edit your profile and account settings at any time from /dashboard/account. To delete your account or request a copy of your data, email hello@adly.media and we’ll handle it manually while we build self-serve tooling.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws like the GDPR (EU/UK) or CCPA (California) — including the right to access, correct, or delete your data, or to opt out of certain processing. The same email address is the right place to start any of those requests.
Cookies
We use cookies that are strictly necessary to keep you signed in (Supabase Auth session cookies) and to make Stripe checkout work. We don’t currently use third-party analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, we’ll update this page and add a consent banner where required.
Children
Adly is for business users and isn’t directed at anyone under 18. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top when we make material changes and email signed-in users when changes are significant.
